Tutors Agreement

* (주)와이드스페이스를 "갑"으로 하고 Tutor를 "을"이라한다.
(From this point set forth Widespace will be also known as the "contractor" and tutors will be known as "Contractee”.)


1.회원 중 일정의 레벨을 보유한 을은 갑에 신청하여 Tutor로 등록할 수 있습니다.
(The contractor from this point set forth can appoint registered members whom manage certain required English level to become paid tutor also known as contractee.)

2.을이 Tutor로 등록을 신청하고 갑이 Tutor 신청을 수락함으로써 갑과 을은 Tutor 계약이 성립된 것으로 보며, Tutor로 등록된 을이 수수료에 관한 갑의 제반 정책에 동의한 것으로 간주 합니다. 수수료는 을이 갑에게 수업 1회당 25%를 부과하며 을은 수업 1회당 수수료 25%를 제외한 75%를 받게 됩니다.
(Once the member is approved and acknowledged as a “tutor” by the contractor, the tutor will be liable to abide by contractor’s policy.  The contractee agrees to pay a 25% fee from the every tutoring session earning. The contractor will be responsible to payout a settlement of the tutors earning less 25% from the total.)

4.Tutor의 Payment는 익월 15일에 일괄 지급되며 원천징수세 3%를 제외한 금액이 지급됩니다.
(The tutor’s payment will be settled on the 15th of every month excluding 3% withholding tax from the total settlement amount.)

5.Tutor로 등록된 을은 수업 1회당 20분을 Teaching하여야하며 수업 시간을 지키지 않거나 Tutor로서 불성실한 태도가 있을시 갑이 정한 방침에 제재를 받을 수 있습니다.
(The contractee acknowledged as a tutor by the contractor will be responsible to execute a full 20 minute session (teaching English).  If the tutor fails to fulfill the session in terms of duration or responsibilities set forth by the contractor, the contractor reserves all rights to exercise the authority to take appropriate actions.)

7. 위 약관은 2007년 5월 1일 부터 효력이 발생됩니다.
